In 1995, John Muckler was poised to receive the NY Rangers head coach position. Through a mutual contact, Gil was introduced to Muck. After negotiating an outstanding contract, other coaches and general managers took notices. GSSM soon became the industry leader. No other agency has negotiated more NHL & AHL coach and general manager contracts than GSSM.
